By accessing or using Swift, you agree to be bound by these TOS and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this product.
2. License and Use
Swift grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the product for personal or internal business purposes, subject to these TOS. You agree to use Swift solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with the terms outlined herein.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

- Cracking: You may not attempt to bypass, disable, or otherwise interfere with security features or licensing mechanisms in Swift.
- Unauthorized Access: You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of Swift or any systems or networks connected to Swift.
- Redistribution: You may not reproduce, distribute, sublicense, lease, sell, or resell Swift or any portion thereof without explicit written permission from Swift.
4. Termination and Discontinuation
Swift reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the product at any time without notice or liability. We may also terminate your access to Swift at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason, including if you violate any of these TOS.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in Swift, including but not limited to software, trademarks, logos, and content, are owned by Swift or its licensors. You are granted no right or license with respect to any of these intellectual property rights, except as expressly provided in these TOS.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Swift is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Swift does not warrant that the product will meet your requirements, operate without interruption, or be error-free.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Swift shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use or inability to use Swift, even if Swift has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Changes to Terms
Swift reserves the right to modify these TOS at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on our website or through the product. Your continued use of Swift following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
